Yes you can create an account with a valid email address and you can use the service to store up to 50 items.
How do I create a PAID account
You can't this service is beta and only unpaid accounts are available. When paid accounts become available we will make that known.
How can I add to my count of items.
You can add to your account by increasing your reputation. You do that by submitting high-quality bug reports or enhancement requests.
High quality means we accept the bug or enhancement for implementation. We will notify you when that happens and add 5 items to your count.
How do you determine the count.
The count is all the items that are part of your personal vault. And all the items in vaults shared with you by others.
Why was my email rejected for Registration
Because your email address domain (the part after @) is considered to be used by scammers.
